Safety

Sustaining Our Safety Culture

Safety is one of our Core Values and a guiding force behind our efforts to ensure that everyone goes home safe each day. Our proactive safety culture encourages employee engagement, including by starting all meetings such as Company-wide events, team huddles, and virtual meetings with a seasonally or topically appropriate safety or environmental reminder.

Both leadership and support teams take an active role in promoting safety by prioritizing risk and hazard identification. From personal protective gear to safe equipment operation, our teams strive for an injury-free workplace through frequent training and continuous process improvements.

Starting with new hires and extending throughout our team of industry professionals, our commitment to Safety reflects a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.”
